1. 30-Day Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
For a standard return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Unaltered.
- In its original and resalable condition.

- Returned with the original packaging.
- Returned with all accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and other included items.

For confirmed quality-related issues that meet the applicable return conditions, FIYTA will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Conditions
Returned products must meet the applicable return requirements.
Products that have been worn, altered, damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise used may not qualify for a standard return.
Please do not attach shipping labels, adhesive tape, or other materials directly to the original product box.
5. Customized or Personalized Products
Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return under our standard return policy, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy.
6. Exchanges
FIYTA currently does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like to purchase a different product, you may place a new order and request a return of the original product, provided that the original product meets the applicable return requirements.

Do not send a product to an address that has not been provided or confirmed by FIYTA.

For confirmed quality-related issues, FIYTA will cover the applicable return shipping costs in accordance with this Policy.

If the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions, we may be unable to approve the return or may contact you regarding the available options.
10. Refunds
After an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
FIYTA will process approved refunds within 7 business days after the return has been approved.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
11. Original Shipping Charges
Where a refund is required under applicable law, FIYTA will provide the refund required by law.
For voluntary returns that are not required by applicable law, original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted.

The FIYTA 5-year warranty is separate from the 30-day return policy.

Do not send your watch to any address that has not been provided or confirmed by FIYTA.
Step 4 — Inspection and Service
Once the watch is received, it will be inspected by FIYTA or an authorized service center. If the issue is confirmed to be covered under the warranty, FIYTA will arrange the applicable warranty service in accordance with the Warranty Policy.
Step 5 — Service Completion and Return
After the inspection or service is completed, FIYTA will arrange the return of the watch and provide tracking information where available.
