Eligible watches purchased through the official FIYTA online store are covered by a five-year limited warranty, subject to the terms and exclusions in our Warranty Policy.

Our research is supported by a nationally recognized enterprise technology center in China and facilities spanning technology, design and testing. This work has produced technical innovations and intellectual property developed by FIYTA.

Contributing to Watchmaking Standards
FIYTA has led or participated in the development of watch industry standards in China and contributed to international standards published by ISO. Our work spans watch components, material requirements and performance testing.
These contributions cover subjects such as magnetic resistance, battery-life evaluation, anti-reflective watch crystals and luminous materials. They also extend to chemical compliance practices and watchmaking terminology, bringing our technical experience to the shared methods and definitions used across the industry.

The Expertise of Our Watchmakers
Our technical teams draw on experience across watch design, production and service. This gives them a broad understanding of how a watch is constructed and the care needed to maintain it over time.
Established in China in 2014, the FIYTA Watch Technical Service Center has received authorization from several international watch brands to provide maintenance and repair services. That specialist experience is part of FIYTA's wider watchmaking expertise.

Within the center, specialist instruments are used to assess watches. Defined procedures and oversight guide inspection and maintenance, bringing a consistent approach to the work.
Our technicians combine these tools with practical repair skills and close attention to the mechanism. The work requires an understanding of individual components and how they function together.

Our team will review the details and advise you on the next steps. If your watch needs to be sent for inspection or service, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address before you ship it.
